We assemble the printed circuit boards in our in-house assembly plant. Components up to a minimum size of 0401 are manufactured fully automatically in individual production or in panel assembly.
When a component is no longer available, entire devices are often unusable. Or if a housing is needed for an in-house development, with special shapes and features, then professional 3D printing is the solution. We design and print PLA, ABS, PETG.

We design the electronic circuitry using professional CAD software. We develop the circuit board with up to 16 layers and route it manually. 30 years of manufacturing experience are at the forefront here.
At some point, the lifetime of each component has expired. And if there are no more new components on the market, or they are in the same old condition, then replacement components must be made. We develop such replacement components and try to get as close as possible to the original or even surpass it, if compatibility allows.
